Thursday May 25th, 6:30 – 9:30 PM

PMI Romania Chapter și Exelo invite you to a gamified project development simulation over a face-to-face event. During the game, players will need to add value to their project, plan their way forward, perform both known and unknown tasks, deal with ambiguity and risks, operate within budget and resource constraints – all whilst keeping the bigger picture in sight, taking control of the details, thinking creatively and staying on target.

Some of the key learning take-aways from the workshop are:

1. Practice the basic concepts and main challenges of the project management
2. Acquire and improve project management skills
3. Use the language goal-oriented thinking
4. Develop goal-oriented thinking
5. Demonstrate game insights into real-life dilemmas
6. Appreciate the project manager’s role
7. Strengthen bonds and imporve communication skills across the project team

Daniel is an experienced project manager and PMO, a licensed industrial management engineer, and PMO Certified Consultant (PMO-CC®) by the PMO Global Alliance.

Daniel is passionate about project management, and particularly motivated by the complexities of managing projects. He enjoys sharing his knowledge widely, by delivering training on methodologies and coaching on dealing with challenges that may arise. He enjoys reach conversations with people sharing the same passion, as he deeply believes in what he does, how he does it and knows that doing it right makes a huge difference to the outcome.

Since recently, Daniel is the Israeli ambassador of the PMO Global Alliance organization and a member of the judging team of the PMO Global Awards competition in which he helps selecting the best PMO bodies in the world.
