Teodor Darabaneanu will guide us to find asnwers to this question on February 29th 2024 during the event organised by PMI Romania Chapter: Development of the project team.

Teodor is a trainer and consultant with over 25 years of professional experience in project management within the IT&C sector. He is the founder of Training și Educație Organizationala, a company that supports project management professionals in their development through certification courses such as PMP, Agile Scrum, communication, and personalized consultancy in the field. Teodor has been an active member of PMI Romania for over 20 years and has volunteered significantly to the development of project management in Romania.

Participate in this event to:

• Learn how to activate the forces driving project team development.
• Understand human behavior models while working in a team.
• Recognize the organizational context to choose the project team development strategy.

Event details:

• When: February 29, 2024, from 7 – 8 PM EET  
• Where: ASE headquarters (Grigore Moisil lecture amphitheater, Calea Dorobanți no. 15-17, sector 1, Bucharest)
• How: Participation is free for PMI Romania members. Non-members will be charged a participation fee of 50 lei. You can purchase tickets for this event until February 27, 2029, here .
